We offer notary, loan signing, remote online notarization, officiant, and related services within a 30-mile radius of Winter Springs, FL (32708). All services require a scheduled appointment and valid identification.
· Appointments are required and can be made by phone, email, or online booking tools (e.g., Calendly, eNotaryOnCall.com).
· Please provide accurate information when booking.
· We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments at our discretion.
· Payment is due at or before the time of service.
· We accept credit card, cash, check, CashApp, and Zelle.
· Prices are listed on our website and may vary based on service type, location, and additional requirements (e.g., witnesses, travel fees).
· All fees are non-refundable once services are rendered.
· Please notify us at least 2 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.
· Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee, including witness/courier fees if applicable.
· Clients must provide valid, government-issued identification for all notarizations.
· All documents must be completed (except for signatures) before the appointment.
· We do not provide legal advice or review document content for legality.
· We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information, incomplete documents, or circumstances beyond our control.
· Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
· All content on this website is for informational purposes only and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

· In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to seek a resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the courts of Seminole County, Florida.
· We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

All notary, loan signing, and officiant services are considered final once performed. Due to the legal nature of notarization, we cannot “return” or “undo” completed services. Please review your documents carefully before and during your appointment.
· No Refunds After Completion: Fees for completed notary or officiant services are non-refundable.
· Prepaid or Canceled Appointments: If you cancel at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment, any prepaid fees (minus any non-refundable witness or travel fees) will be refunded.
· Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Fees for late cancellations (less than 2 hours’ notice) or no-shows are non-refundable.
· If an error occurs due to our mistake (e.g., missed stamp, incorrect date), we will correct it at no additional charge as soon as possible.
· If a correction is needed due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client, a new appointment and additional fees may apply.
· Ensure all documents are complete (except for signatures) and you have valid ID at the time of service.
· Inform us of any special requirements in advance.
